THE HIGH HOPES TRIBUTE DINNER KICKOFF

Saturday, June 29, 2005~Denver, Colorado

WHAT: Jewels and Pinstripes is creating gift bags for THE HIGH HOPES TRIBUTE DINNER KICKOFF which be held at the Governer's Residence in Denver, Colorado. The High Hopes Tribute Dinner is an event of the Children’s Diabetes Foundation and WB2 Gives, a fund of the McCormick Tribune Foundation.

HOW MANY PRODUCTS: 150

WHO: Comprised of social and business leaders and major press from the metropolitan Denver area. The event is graciously hosted by Frances Owens, First Lady of Colorado.

BENEFITS: Kickoff gift donors will be acknowledged during the Chairmen's speech at the Kickoff itself and a gift card will be enclosed in the gift bag recognizing the generosity of the donor. The donor will also receive a complimentary ad in the High Hopes Tribute Dinner Journal.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS: The High Hopes Tribute Dinner to be held October 1, 2005 is a high profile Denver event now in it's third year. Held biennially, this year’s event will feature entertainment by Bob Newhart and Renee Olstead and will honor Barbara Davis, the founder of the Children's Diabetes Foundation.

Mrs. Davis and her husband Marvin Davis (who died in 2004), began the Foundation and the Barbara Davis Center in 1977 when their youngest daughter was diagnosed with diabetes. The Center now cares for over 5,000 children and young adults and the Foundation has raised over $70 million from inception to support the Center's programs of care, research and diabetes education.
